Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time

All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.

Delivery Time

  • Within the EU: 3 business days on average
  • Outside the EU: 5–7 business days on average

Carriers

We provide worldwide delivery using DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Delivery Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to deliver to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine due to the ongoing conflict.

Refund and Return Policy

All orders are covered by our 14-day return policy, counting from the day the parcel was received by the customer. If your order includes multiple items, you can return one item, several items, or the entire order.

A reason must be provided to initiate a return. All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued. Used or worn items will not be refunded — instead, such items will be shipped back to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Submit photos of the product, tag, and defect within 14 days of delivery. Once confirmed with our warehouse team, a return label will be provided and a refund issued after the item is received back.
