Dispatch Time

All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the location of the customer:

• Within the EU: 3 business days on average
• Outside the EU: 5–7 business days on average

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include the 24–48 hour dispatch window. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays outside our control.

Carriers We Use

We provide worldwide delivery using DHL, FedEx, or UPS, chosen based on destination and order type.

Delivery Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to deliver to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine due to the ongoing conflict. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will update this policy if the situation changes.
