How long does delivery take?
We provide Express and Economy delivery options, and delivery times depend on the order's destination:
For orders in the EU:
Express delivery: 1–3 days
Economy delivery: 3–5 days
For orders outside the EU:
Express delivery: 3–4 days
Economy delivery: 5–6 days
Do you accept returns?
We offer a 14-day return policy, counting from the day your package is delivered. Returns are accepted for defective or incorrectly shipped items; preloved items are not eligible for return. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Where do you ship to?
We provide worldwide shipping with leading delivery service companies: DHL, FedEx and UPS.
Are all your products 100% authentic?
Yes. Every product we sell — new and preloved — is 100% authentic and comes with original tags where applicable. We source our inventory directly from the brands, licensees, or official distributors, and personally verify the authenticity of each item before it's listed.
