Refunds and Returns

Return Policy Duration

Our return policy lasts for 14 days, starting from the day the package is delivered to the customer. Please initiate any return request within this timeframe to ensure smooth processing.

Once a return request is approved, the returned item(s) must be received by us within the following 14 days.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect (wrong) items.

Preloved Items

Preloved items are not eligible for returns or refunds. Each item's description clearly indicates its pre-owned status before purchase.

Customer Dissatisfaction Returns

Returns due to customer dissatisfaction must be shipped back at the customer's expense and must include an active tracking number.

Please use reliable carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx. We do not accept returns shipped via local postal services due to their potentially long delivery times. Any such packages may be rejected.

Return Shipping Charges

Any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Return Conditions

All approved returns must be in their original condition and include all original attachments and packaging, including:

• Original tags
• Original boxes
• Dustbags
• Original packaging
• Any other accessories or attachments included with the order

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn, washed, damaged, or show any other traces of use.

Declined Returns

If a return is declined because it does not meet our return conditions, the order will be shipped back to the buyer. Any additional shipping charges for returning the item to the buyer will be borne by the customer.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and approve the returned items.

Reporting Missing Packages

In the rare event that a customer does not receive their package, a claim must be submitted no later than 14 days from the shipment date.
